Can I Wear Support Socks at Night
Calificado en Estados Unidos el 1 de septiembre de 2020 Compra verificada I learned about this product through the Physical Therapists, Bob & Brad, on YouTube. Initially I didn't think this product would work, but it does. I've never had Plantar Fasciitis pain so badly like this in my foot, but after wearing this every day while sitting at my desk doing work, watching tv, reading, etc. I've noticed a huge difference. While I do not wear it at night when sleeping, I'll put it on a few minutes before getting out of bed in the morning and it makes a world of a difference. It's much more comfortable than the splint my podiatrist gave me. It's also machine washable and the plastic piece by the toes can be removed if that causes discomfort. Excellent product. I may purchase another one. Calificado en Estados Unidos el 12 de octubre de 2020 Compra verificada I've been suffering with plantar fasciitis in one foot for close to a year, and have tried stretching exercises and lots of rest, to no avail. So I got this NightSock in a last-ditch effort before I go to a podiatrist and get charged lots of money to wear a horrible full-foot brace for weeks or months. Calificado en Estados Unidos el 9 de junio de 2019 Compra verificada I decided to try this cause nothing seemed to be working. The price was fair and is very easy to use. I have also been doing "cupping" on my foot and going to chiropractor to adjust my foot. I was at my wits end. Have done all the stretches and the frozen water bottle too and nothing seemed to help. I believe this has helped. It stretches your foot at night and isn't uncomfortable. there is no need to pull the stretch hard. Between this and the chiropractor I'm pain free. Took about two weeks of persistence. My planter fasciitis had been going on for about a month and a half. So glad I bought this product. Calificado en Estados Unidos el 11 de agosto de 2020 Compra verificada I've used a soft boot at night on and off for years and it works pretty well, but I wanted to try something new because the boot is too bulky. I bought this product after watching a physical therapist video on YouTube where they advocated for it. Conceptually this product made sense, but the design needs tweaking. There is too much tension placed on the toes, causing them to bend too far, and does not adequately dorsiflex the entire foot which is what is needed to stretch the achilles tendon and plantar fascia. There is a toe platform provided but it doesn't seem to work that well either. Also this product would not work if you had a toe issue such as turf toe, hallux limitus or rigidus. Calificado en Estados Unidos el 24 de diciembre de 2018 Compra verificada Early Reviewer Rewards (¿Qué es esto?) At first I could not wear the product, ProStretch for more than 3 or 4 hours at night. It was killing my big toe. So I made an adjustment and did not secure the sock so snug on my foot, therefore giving me some slag in the toe area, and that made a huge difference. Now I can wear it all night long with no problem. My only complaint is the Velcro that is used for strapping. It is some wicked Velcro, for it sticks to itself, the stocking and anything that likes Velcro. Calificado en Estados Unidos el 29 de junio de 2020 Compra verificada I received this 12 days ago and was just gradually getting used to it. Meaning, I was not putting too much pressure on pulling the foot back like the instructions said so I could get comfortable to sleeping with it. As you can see the strap thats part of the band that's placed just below the knee, where you thread the toe sock strap is already coming off with only light pressure. You would think that this part is really sewn well because its whats pulls at the toe area of the sock and you'll gradually increase that pull in time too. Bad stitching quality. 2.0 de 5 estrellas Not even 2 weeks and stitching is breaking I received this 12 days ago and was just gradually getting used to it. At first it bothered him, but now it's helped him a lot at night. Just wished the Velcro could be covered more so when it touches the other leg it wouldn't be scratchy. Calificado en Estados Unidos el 25 de diciembre de 2018 Compra verificada Sock is too narrow. It jams/bunches my toes on top of each other and there is no way to stretch out the sock. I am a men's size 11 1/2. 2.0 de 5 estrellas Sock Calificado en el Reino Unido el 23 de noviembre de 2020 Compra verificada I have had to return it as I am short and it does not seem to work properly for me. It keeps slipping down. 5.0 de 5 estrellas Actually works Calificado en Australia el 23 de enero de 2020 Compra verificada Absolutely fantastic 5.0 de 5 estrellas Brilliant information- genuinely reduced my foot pain Calificado en el Reino Unido el 12 de noviembre de 2019 Compra verificada These are a life changer! Within a few days of use I could step out of bed without suffering any pain. The first time I used this I did the straps too tight and it was really uncomfortable. Then I realised that they don't need to be tight and then I could wear them every night comfortably. I had really painful plantar fasciitis and this sock really made all the difference to this painful and crippling condition. Highly recommend! Opiniones con imágenes

The first night I tried it, I used it as-is, with the plastic stiffener insert in the toes. I wasn't aggressive with the angle, I just wanted to try to get used to sleeping with it. I woke up after two hours, and my big toenail hurt like crazy, and I had to take it off. The next night I removed the plastic thing from the toe area, and tried it again. I almost made it all the way through the night, but again my big toenail took a beating, and hurt a lot. I did, however, for the first time in months, get out of bed and hobble around with much less pain than usual, so I was psyched about that. So the third night I decided to just loosen the strap all the way and wear it like a regular sock. That worked fine, and my toenail was happy, but of course it didn't do anything for me since I had the strap completely loose. So, the fourth night, I decided to try something slightly different. I again adjusted the strap so that my foot was held at a very comfortable 120-degree angle, and *then* when I put the sock on, I didn't pull it all the way up like usual. I just left like 1/2 and inch or so of slack in the end, so that my toes were really comfortable, yet it would still prevent my foot from extending past 120-130 degrees when I tried to point my toe. That worked! I got all the way through the night, no toenail pain, and the next morning when I got out of bed there was a very noticeable improvement. I kept at this for about a week, got very used to wearing the sock, and I was walking with much less pain during the day. I wanted more improvement, so I started tightening the strap 1/2" at a time each night, until I got to 90-degrees. I didn't go any further than that. After a couple of months, I am almost pain-free now! Sometimes I skip wearing it at night, but I do better the next day if I do wear it. I'm able to hike and exercise again, and I'm sure that in a few months I'll be able to stop wearing the NightSock altogether, unless I have a flare-up.
I requested a replacement and it looks like they are sending it a new one soon. I'll update this review after I get a chance to use the replacement.

Bit tricky the first night you use it and it takes a couple of nights but it works releasing the pain.
